Ms. Cunnar,
Since you have personally witnessed the water waste in the Nor Este
Park, you are definitely the best person to report it since you know
all of the details.
You can call the hotline at 768-3640 so that the leak can be
discovered and repaired. Thank you for being so attentive as to
notice this issue and to properly report it to the correct authorities
so that it can be dealt with properly.

Every neighborhood association is only as strong as the willingness of
its members and neighboring community to volunteer time and effort to
fill in the needs of the community as they arise, so thank you for
