[NENA] Pumpkin Carving Contest

Dear NENA,

I have proposed some contest ideas to the Board for Nor Este.  The below is an idea for a Pumpkin Carving
Contest.  To participate (if Board approves) all Nor Este residents would have to do would be carve a pumpkin,
place outside their house, take a picture and submit picture to the Nor Este website.  Impartial judges will
determine who's Pumpkin is the best and will award a prize.  I have submitted several ideas to the Board's President.  Such a contest would help beautify the neighborhood and give a more in the spirit streets
of upcoming Holidays.  Below is what another neighborhood did.

      Here's how it works!...



      1- Everyone carves their pumpkins 

      2- Wait till dark, light your pumpkin up and take a picture of your pumpkin. You may submit multiple pumpkins(different carvings), but please make sure to only submit one at a time.

      3- Go to the 'Neighborhood Pictures' section of the website and click on 'add neighborhood pictures'. Fill out the form and under the album selection drop down box select 'pumpkin carving contest'. For an expiration date at the bottom, please enter December 31st 2007. 

      4- All photos must be submitted by 

      5- We will select 3 winners, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. 





      6- Prizes yet to be determined, but will probably have a lot to do with the age bracket of winners.
