[NENA] How to report harrassing emails

Dear NENA Members,

I am passing on this information after doing some research in case  
you, too, might find it of use.

To report an MSN email account holder for harassing emails, you may  
send that account holder's email address and description of the  
problem to:

abuse at hotmail.com

The NENA mailing list is comprised of anyone who wants to be informed  
about issues concerning the NENA area.  It is not supposed to be used  
to spam, harrass, or hassle members.  I do not know whether a member's  
email address can be removed or blocked from being allowed to send out  
emails to the membership email list, but I did want to provide the  
email address above as a possible solution.
