Hi, All,

Please respond to this email to let me know that you received it and RSVP for number of people you expect from your groups. This is imperative to allow us to facilitate everyone!

A facilitated meeting has been scheduled for the above referenced project for 7:00 p.m, on May 5, 2009 at the Covenant United Methodist Church, 8510 Wyoming Blvd NE. The EPC application is for a site development plan for building permit and a site development plan for subdivision. The applicant is North I-25 Corporate Center LLC and the agent is FBT Architects. This application will be heard by the EPC on May 21, 2009. 

I have provided links, below, for information about this project as posted on the City website.

I look forward to seeing you all there.In order to make this meeting as productive as possible, please submit questions and concerns on this project so that I can set an appropriate agenda and make sure that all of your concerns are addressed.

I look forward to seeing all of you on Tuesday, May 5.
